Josh is an accomplished classical musician, lifelong seeker, adventurer and creative. He is best known for his ability to perform at a consistent, high level, and have fun while doing it. This playful attitude comes through in his coaching sessions, while helping clients stay grounded and engaged.
He’s most passionate about helping others navigate risk, fear, and change; guiding clients to discover what matters most to them in order to unlock fulfilling and meaningful lives and careers. He makes some of life’s bigger questions digestible, fun, and approachable to help enable immediate action and sustainable change for clients. Whether it’s ultra-running, prior military service, or finding innovative ways to integrate mindfulness and conscious choice into daily practice, he draws from a depth of experience to meet and support clients exactly where they are on their journey.
